This is one unusual Baofeng MOBILE radio! Or is it a handheld? Or is it a handheld and a mobile radio? Or is it a repeater? Wow! What a rig! But ... take note it covers only 400-420 MHz. Not much practical application here in the USA unless you are a federal agency.
