Dear BV9900 Pro (Android 9) customers, We’re so sorry to hear some of you didn’t update to Android 10 successfully after our announcement on September 10. This was not expected since we had received the approval of GMS Express+ regarding the update (Attached in the picture). And our engineers had tested dozens of devices and proved everything was okay so we decided to tell you that the update was ready on September 10. We understand the frustration this issue has caused you, ...and we know some of you have lost time because of it. We want to do everything we can to make up for it and hope you can accept our sincere apologies. Right now, our team is collecting all information to pinpoint the cause of failure.
