In recent months, it has come to our attention that several online and physical stores are selling DUNU products without proper authorization. Not only are these stores unauthorized sellers of DUNU products, they often post incorrect information and price items in violation of DUNU's pricing policy. These infractions are of growing concern to DUNU and our network of authorized dealers and distributors. Therefore, stores such as (but not limited to) Hifigo, Xtenik, and many Al...iExpress stores are non-authorized sellers of DUNU products for the international market and warranties on purchases of DUNU products from these stores will be voided. Effective January 1st, 2021, warranties and service for any purchase of a DUNU product made any store not authorized by DUNU for international sales will be voided and not honored. Between August 1st, 2020 and December 31st, 2020, a grace period on warranties will be allowed for all customers who have already purchased products from unauthorized stores prior to July 31st, 2020.
