- Respond to customer service tickets through support portal remaining cordial and helpful. - Interact with customers through phone calls as necessary.... - Recognize patterns from customers on repeated product issues to share with engineers. - Maintain EMAX USA's professional brand image with consumers in daily interactions. - Maintain the website Knowledge Base with relevant, up-to-date information and tips. - Assist with technical writing of User Manuals and product documents as necessary. - Collaborate with International Branch in sharing relevant information. Requirements: - At least one year customer service related experience - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Self-starter with time management skills and ability to see a support ticket from start to finish. - Willingness to collaborate and work cordially with others (we're a small team!) - Be well informed on the FPV industry and stays up to date on trends - Solid grasp of industry software e.g. Betaflight, BlHeli - Be familiar with other emerging software e.g. JESC, Silverware, etc. Location: - Must be able to commute to office located in Orange County, Southern California.
