Garmin Fenix 5X race map upload. Let me share with you guys 5 simple steps to load a race map given by organizers: 1. Go to the organizer's page and download the GPX files, downwload the file based on your distance. 🤩
2. Open up desktop Garmin Connect, upper right corner there is a "cloud icon" to "Upload or Import Activity". Upload the GPX file by dragging the file into the box. ☺ 3. Then click "Import Data". The race course is ready. Save the course as one of your courses. ... 4. REMEMBER to sync (cable or bluetooth) the watch with Garmin Connect. I saved it as "Trail Run", so go to "Trail Run - Navigation - Courses". 😎 5. Pick "Do Course" and the watch is ready to navigate us around the race course😉 Plenty of informarion from GPX files especially the expected elevation and distance, so plan your nutrition. Garmin Fenix 5X is an advance watch, the navigation features has "Point of Interest" function.
