"How many of you have missed a workout or ate what you thought was a 'bad' meal & thought that all of your hard work was for nothing? Then, you start feeding your mind negative thoughts about how you are a failure. You get so wrapped up in needing to exercise because of the fear of losing all progress. Injury, illness, or life just happens & how we choose to handle these situations is what matters most. Some weeks we may be able to exercise 5 times & others we may not be able to go at all. Finding ways to move your body in ways you can manage & enjoy while also resting and going with the flow of life is the key.
