Most times, our goals -- finishing a marathon you've been training for months, doing 30 burpees, finishing that Full Ironman you registered for last year, waking up at 5AM to run a 5km with your friend, sticking with your plant-based diet, or avoiding chocolate for a week or so -- are 100% mental.
