Is it the right power supply for your smart charger ? Recently, we found lots of inquiries on power supply and some problems on big power chargers conducted by unmatched power supply as well. Here, we'd like to give some tips on how to get right power supply for smart chargers : 1: We strongly recommend 20~24V CV power supply.👍 CC are not supposed to use specially the one which output is smaller than your chargers' It may damage the parts for OVprotection on PCBA. 😢... 2: We suggest you get power supply with 10% more power than your chargers output . For example. 330W or bigger power supply will be the right one for a 300W DC charger.😊 3: If you have a power supply which has low power at hand and you want to use your big power chargers soon, Please entre setting system and have your charger setted with input limitation status.👈 4: We suggest you to use industrial or general power supply for your ISDT smart DC charger. Accesory power adaptor for laptop or other consumer equipments are not supported as it's has special setting or protection in it which may conduct unexpected damage on your charger.😱 We sincerely hope it will help .
