Influenced by Miles Davis, Tribe Called Quest, James Brown, and more, Nate's original music is focused on improvisation and groove. "SFO" is a tune inspired by many flights out of the international airport. Seeing the diversity, the go go go, and the inevitable waiting, these experiences are reflected in the overall tone of the tune.... The duo is Nate Lopez on the 8-string hybrid bass/guitar, and Nioshi Jackson on drums. Nate is based in the Bay Area, CA and Nioshi is based in Nashville, TN.
