It’s official! TCL just kicked off the construction of its first-ever overseas smart integrated manufacturing industrial park in Tirupati, India today. The primary facility of the industrial park is the panel module factory, which is the first overseas production unit of TCL’s panel subsidiary Shenzhen China Star Optoelectronics Technology (CSOT).
