Dear Xfans, Knowing you've encountered some issues since the #MacOS 10.15 Catalina released, please allow us to explain to you how to work on it. -XP-Pen added a driver that can let most of the tablets(except for the Star 01/02/03(V1)/04, Artist 16/22HD/22E ) to work on the macOS Catalina.
If some issues remain still, please follow the instruction:
1. Remove the tablet driver that you have currently.
2. Reinstall the latest Mac driver from our website.
3. If more questions, refer to the video below or email to service@xp-pen.com for further support.
-If you are working on the Star 01/02/03(V1)/04, Artist 10S/16/22HD/22E unfortunately, our engineer team is trying the best to figure out a driver that can allow these tablets to work on the macOS Catalina, it takes a while.
If you need to work on the tablet now, we recommend you to downgrade the macOS to the previous version to use temporarily.
