MUST KNOW before use: 1. The APP for Smooth 4 is called 'ZY play', available on App Store for iOS, Google Play for Android. Filmic Pro supports Zhiyun Smooth 4 too.
2. Please REMOVE any phone case and INSTALL your smartphone on the gimbal and BALANCE the gimbal BEFORE powering on the gimbal. If balanced, it will NOT drop to left or right, backward or forward even the gimbal is off.

Troubleshoot:
1. If your gimbal woks well but FALLS in one minutes or two, it is possible the gimbal is NOT balanced well.
2. A red light at the bottom means the motor is overloaded because it is not balanced, remove the phone case and balance the gimbal well for heavy phones.
3. If you would like to put phone case or lens on your smartphone while use, a universal COUNTERWEIGHT may be REQUIRED,
Firmware Upgrade:
1. Install the driver on your computer
2. Install the upgrade tools on your computer
3. Download the firmware
4. Connect the gimbal with your computer
5. Open the upgrade tools, power on your gimbal, click the button open the port
6. Load the firmware from the tools.
7. It will be upgraded.
