using this on my xbox one. running it on big file games so I don't wait as long to load big worlds is fantastic. when I'm done off to the next game. so far so good.
Perfect little SSD for running my OS and system files. Super fast, and not a single problem in the 1.5 years I've owned it. Would I buy another one? YES.
Please buy this. If your thinking about using an SSD for boot up drive. Yes it is what its hyped up to be. Its fantastic. My PC boots up instantly from sleep, and is ready to use in seconds from being powered off completely.
We've bought about 10 of these drives and they've been fantastic! We've drastically increased our boot times and application loading times. On one LGA775 based 10 year old pc we dropped from 4.5 minutes to boot to just a hair over 1 minute. On newer hardware this drive boots in around 7-8 seconds from clicking the power button to being at the login screen.
Great upgrade for a basic laptop. As long as you don't have the highest expectations this will suffice. Had no trouble at all. It's been working for a couple months now.
I purchase a lot of SSD's in my line of work and have never been disappointed with KingFast. Normally they are less expensive that the competition but prices have been creeping up. I will continue using KingFast for their reliability. If other get less expensive I'll certainly give them a shot
